Google Turned 11 on September 27. When I went to the Google's site as routine. I found the logo changed. For a while I thought that it's hacked. I took the mouse over logo, it showed "Google's 11th Birthday". Then I knew it was a Google Doodle designed for it's birthday.
Double l here was used to show the 11th birthday of Google.

Plastic Currency Notes | Reserve Bank of INDIA published plastic rupee notes

Reserve Bank of India published Rupees10 polymer notes recently. The note is made of polymers (plastic) in the place of normal cotton notes. Yes the notes we use today are made of pure cotton not paper. The plastic notes have the life spam of 5 years which is 5 times greater than normal notes. It doesn't get dirty. RBI destroys thousands of currency notes every day. We have been facing currency problems.
The plastic notes cant be copied. So, it will help us to get rid of fake notes. Pakistan is nowadays.....

Brainport for Blinds | Lollipop assisting blinds

Ah! I can see the world.

It is not less then a MIRACLE that now blinds can see their surroundings with this innovation. Scientists of WICAB Inc. got success in developing a gadget called BRAINPORT which demonstrated the ability to interpret images for human brain. Brianport has three parts. A camera is fitted on the mid of the goggle. The tiny camera picks up the images and videos and send it to a hand held device - control unit (looks like a cellphone or mobile). The chip embedded in control unit then converts the images into electronic pulses. The contrast and zoom can be adjusted by the given buttons on the control unit or control panel of the brainport. A lollipop kind of stick, which sits on the tongue in order to receive signals, is placed inside the mouth. The stick is made up of an array of electrodes. The lollipop stick receives the impulses and transfers it to the nerve cells of the tongue. Then the brain recognizes the images in the form of pixels and polygonal. The images are slightly monochromatic.
Its only helpful for them whose optical path in the brain is working.

Arunachal Pradesh in China, you won’t believe. But, Arunachal pradesh was shown as a part of China in Google Earth. Finally Google admitted that there was an error in Google earth. However Google also claimed that this may be the work of Chinese |-|ackers (Beware of). How To Change Icon of CD, DVD, Memory Sticks and Pen Drives

Now showcase your CD, DVD and pen drives that you are the owner by setting an icon for it. (like I do)
First of all you have to choose an icon by downloading it from free online open sources like www.crystalxp.net, vistaIcons.com, walrick.deviantART.com, creativecommons.org, and you can search more icons from Google, yahoo, Bing or facility or any or your favorite search engine.
The icon files would be in the extension of .ico or .dll (dynamic link library).

Do you want to create your own icon? Then make an image file (jpeg or png) of your logo, your name, any character, cartoon, your photo or anything. Open this image file in any image editor like Irfan View (I recommend because I found it the best, free, open source, most popular but you can choose any other if you wish) www.irfanview.net. Now, save the file with an extension of .ico and name it “myicon.ico”.
Now, copy and paste this icon file into your pen drive, DVD or any other removable devices.


The most important step is to create a configuration file.
Open notepad and type the following code:
[autorun]
Icon=myicon.ico

Now, save the file and name it autorun.inf with the extension .inf.
Then copy the file “autorun.inf” and paste the file in your removable devices (CD, DVD, or Pen drives). Now, remove your pen drive or burn your DVD with the above two files we’ve created.

Do you know Google took part in celebrating the Solar Eclipse? Google did some noticeable changes on its homepage on July 22. Google changed its logo. There was dark sky in the background and one of ‘o’ was illustrated as the sun covered by the moon. However the logo was too dark. Now people expect Google to make changes on every occasion and festivals (viz. Diwali, Id, Holi, Rakhi etc.). Some people said that Google created its black version some years back. It’s better to compromise with college. But, don’t compromise with the branch. Core sectors have enough scope as my friend Ramakant told (he studies at National Institute of Technology (NIT Raipu)r with Chem. branch). However it depends on your interest.

I too appeared for Pre Engineering Test 2009. My counseling date was July 17. I’ve been allotted seat for BIT Durg(Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg) with CS. I’m very happy that my friend Deepesh also got CS in BIT Durg (Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg). My college has been started.

The cg pet counselling process is transparent as there is no quota for ST, SC, and OBC candidates. I really liked it.

Make Your Pen Drive Virus Proof Without Any Antivirus

If you connect your pen drive or flash disk to any virus infected system then your pen drive to get infected.Then what is it that makes the virus activate when you plug-in your pen drive?
It is the file autorun.inf that makes the virus execute every time you connect your pen drive. And when you try to delete the file manually the virus regenerate the autorun.inf (.inf = information) file.

The question is how to restrict the file to be created?
Well, create a folder on the desktop and name it autorun.inf. Go to the properties of the folder, in General tab enable the check boxes: Hidden, Read Only. Now delete the autorun.inf file form your pen drive and quickly copy and paste the folder we’ve created. Now the file autorun.inf will be restricted until you delete the file.

The above step makes the virus deactivated, but the virus isn’t removed yet.

Sometimes, if your antivirus program even though it is updated, is not able to remove the virus. Or it detects and tries to remove the virus. But, the virus regenerates itself. Now a simple process is to create a folder as described above and name it same as the virus is e.g. Notepad.exe, VirusCleaner.vbe etc.

• Right click on taskbar then select Task Manager to open “Task Manager”. Then click on file menu then select “New Task (Run)”.
• Type "gpedit.msc" with no quotes. This opens the “Group Policy Editor” and goes to: "Local Computer Policy" Go to "Computer Configuration" then "Administrative Templates" then select "Network" then "QoS (Quality of  Service) Packet Scheduler" After that, select "Limit Reservable Bandwidth".
• Open Limit Reservable bandwidth, It is “Not Configured” by default. To know the cheat click on Explain tab.
• Not Configured means: The Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection."
• Now, you have to do is to ENABLE Reservable bandwidth, and then set it to ZERO. This sets the system to reserve nothing instead of the default 20.

Now fly with your 100% efficient internet!

The FoxNewsTV (USA) asked the Iranian President Ahmedinejad,

'When you look into the mirror in the morning what do you say to yourself'?

He replied: I see the person in the mirror and tell him 'Remember' you are no more than a small servant, ahead of you today is the heavy responsibility, and that is to serve the Iranian nation'.

Ahmedinejad, the Iranian President who astonished many when he first reached to the office of the Presidency by donating all the high valued Iranian carpets to one of the mosques in Tehran by replacing them with the low cost ordinary carpets. He observed that there was a huge extravagant lounge for receiving and welcoming the VIPs and he ordered it to be closed and asked the protocol office to arrange for an ordinary room only with wooden chairs.

On many instances he joins the cleaning staff of the municipality for cleaning the streets in the area where his home and the Presidency are located.

Under his authority whenever he appoints any minister to his post he gets a signed document from him with many points particularly highlighting that he shall remain poor and that his personal and his relatives accounts will be watched and the day he leaves the ministry shall be with dignity, and therefore it is not lawful for him or his relatives to take any advantage of his office. First of all he declared himself for all the 'Big' wealth and the property he owned was a Peugeot 504 car, model 1977, an old small house inherited from his father 40-years ago in one of the poorest zones in Tehran . His accounts with a zero balance and the only money comes in to his a/c was from his salary from the university as a lecturer with an amount of US$ 250 only.

For your information the President still lives in that same house. This is all what he owns; the president of one of the world's important countries; strategically, economically, politically and with regard to its oil and defense. He even doesn't take his personal salary with the argument that all the wealth belongs to the nation and he is the safeguard over it.
One of the things that impressed the staff at the presidency is the bag the President brings with him every day, which contains his breakfast; some sandwiches or bread with olive oil and cheese prepared by his wife and eats and enjoys it with all happiness.

One of the other things he changed was his personal carrier 'the President's Aircraft' to a cargo aircraft in order to save the spending from the public treasury and he ordered that he will be flying with the ordinary airline in the economy class.. He organizes meetings every now and then with all the ministers to know their activities and efficiency and he closed down the office of the Manager of the president and any minister can enter to his office without any permission. He also stopped the welcome ceremonies like the red carpet, the photo session or any personal advertisement or respect of any kind while visiting any place in the country.

Whenever he has to stay in any of the hotels he asks them to make sure not to give him a room with any big bed because he doesn't like to sleep on beds but rather likes to sleep on the floor on a simple mattress with a blanket..

Refer to some of the photographs which also confirm the above. The Iranian president is sleeping in the guest room of his house after getting away from his special guards who follow him wherever he goes and photo is taken by his younger brother. During the prayer you can see that he is not sitting in the first row. And the final photo is of his dining room where the president is busy eating his simple meal.

Try comparing this with the emoluments and privileges our ministers get ..... plus the amount they loot

More than 100 billion crayons have been produced so far. The first crayons consisted of a mixture of charcoal and oil. In the early 1900s, cousins Edwin Binney and Harold Smith developed a nontoxic was crayon. Binney’s wife, Alice, attached the French word for chalk, craie, with “ola,” from oily, to form the Crayola name. Their first box of Crayola crayons were sold for a nickel in 1903.

The first Crayola crayons came in a box of eight colours: black, blue, brown, green, orange, purple, red

and yellow. By 1957, 40 new colours were introduced. Today there are more than 120 crayon colours, including Atomic Tangerine, Blizzard Blue, Mango Tango, Outrageous Orange, Laser Lemon, Screamin’ Green and Shocking Pink.
